Shipping & Delivery

All items can be shipped worldwide. Shipping and handling charges for items  are the responsibility of the customer however we will provide a shipping and handling quote before processing your order.

Once your order has been placed, we will have it packaged and on its way between one and three business days if it is in stock. If we are not able to have your item shipped in this time frame, you will be contacted and kept informed of the reasons and expected shipping date. As a guide giclées that are not in stock can take 3-4 weeks.

We search for for the best shipping rates however most items can be securely sent and tracked via Canada Post. In some cases couriers are used.

Express Delivery:
If you need your purchase in a hurry. Please Contact us to discuss express shipping options.

Tracking Orders:
For all orders being shipped via Canada Post or courier, an e-mail notification will be sent to you with shipping date, tracking information and expected time of arrival.

Canadian Taxes and International Duties & Import Taxes:
Items shipped within B.C. are subject to B.C. sales taxes of GST 5% and PST 7%. Items shipped out of B.C. to other Canadian provinces and territories are subject to sales taxes of GST 5% only.

International shipments are not subject to Canadian sales taxes, but may incur import duties and taxes. If applicable, these charges will be applied against the shipment by the Customs offices once your shipment reaches your country. Kimberly Thompson Art is unable to determine the amount that may be charged and we cannot be responsible or held accountable for any additional charges. Any additional charges are paid by the customer.
